Why the Name “Vanchha Yoga”?
“Vanchha” means desire or deep inner intention in Sanskrit.
This name was given by my mother, Late Shreemati Sudha ji, whose spiritual way of living introduced me to bhakti, yoga, and meditation from a very young age. Her teachings continue to inspire the values of this space.
She always believed that every change begins with an inner desire — the desire to feel well, live better, and find balance.
That belief became the foundation of Vanchha Yoga.
At Vanchha Yoga, our purpose is simple:
to help you honour your own vanchha — your wish for better health and a calmer, more balanced life.

From the V, the “Y” emerges, symbolizing that desire naturally leads to Yoga, the path of transformation and mindful living.
The “O” encircles a small Y, representing that yoga is at the center of wholeness — like the sun, a mandala, or the inner self returning to balance.

Vanchha Yoga – A Journey from Pain to Healing Through Yoga
Our Story – The Birth of Vanchha Yoga
Vanchha Yoga was born from a deeply personal healing journey.
Like many professionals, I was working in a regular sitting job that demanded long hours and mental focus. Over time, continuous work pressure, poor posture, and a fast-paced lifestyle started affecting my health. I frequently fell ill and gradually developed multiple health issues.
Doctors diagnosed me with Cervical Spondylitis, Migraine, Tonsillitis, Sinusitis, and Depression. At one stage, surgery was also suggested as a possible solution. Physically and emotionally, it was a very challenging phase of my life.
However, yoga was not new to me. In my childhood, my mother had introduced me to Pranayama, Meditation, Bhakti Yoga, and yogic discipline. Somewhere between studies, responsibilities, and career, this powerful practice quietly disappeared from my routine.
When my health reached its lowest point, I decided to return to yoga — not as exercise, but as a way of life.
With consistent practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindful living, my body slowly began to heal. The pain reduced, mental clarity improved, and most importantly, I recovered naturally, without surgery. Yoga helped me regain balance, strength, and inner peace.
This life-changing transformation inspired the birth of Vanchha Yoga — a space where healing begins from within.

We aim to support people suffering from lifestyle disorders, chronic pain, stress, and posture-related issues by guiding them toward natural healing and long-term well-being through authentic yoga practices. Our goal is to help individuals regain trust in their body’s inner strength and ability to heal.
